JAG SIKHAM
Jag Sikham is the visionary behind The East to West Group of Companies. Mr. Sikham began his career as a junior account executive in equipment financing, where he received multiple promotions and awards. After the accolades—Mr. Sikham knew he wanted to continue his evolution by creating his own business—and this is when East to West was born. His vision: To become the largest provider for commercial asset-based financing in Canada. And this ambitious goal is quickly materializing into reality since East to West has already funded over $2 billion in the past seven years of business. With Mr. Sikham’s extensive background in commercial financing, he expects his group to become an industry leader as he expands across the country.
LIAM LAMONT
Liam Lamont serves as the Executive VP for East to West. He has spent over 15 years in corporate finance in a variety of senior leadership roles managing high performing teams across an array of specialties including Real Estate Development, Commercial & Retail Banking, Heavy Equipment Finance, and Automotive Leasing. In that time, he has funded over $1B in commercial lending. Most recently, Liam led the Credit department for the 4th largest Credit Union in BC as their VP of Credit overseeing the risk management and credit operations of all business lines. Liam’s expertise is pivotal in maintaining robust credit policies that enable East to West to achieve their strategic growth objectives in a dynamic and ever-changing market. His keen analytical skills and deep understanding of data and risk analytics are instrumental in mitigating potential losses and building financial resiliency for East to West and its Partners. Liam graduated with Great Distinction from the University of Athabasca with a degree in Business Management, and enjoys playing sports in his downtime.
AMAN BRING
Aman Bring leads the execution of the firm’s strategic vision, as well as operations, systems and processes. In his role he has supported the growth of the portfolio of clients in The East to West Group of Companies. Mr. Bring utilizes his years of industry experience within the Commercial Financing Industry, where he was recognized with various awards, and applies his skills and knowledge to all areas of the business. Mr Bring’s vision as Co-Founder and COO: To become the most successful financing solution provider across the spectrum of heavy equipment, commercial and residential financing in Canada. Mr. Bring focuses on leading the future growth of the organization by instilling a positive work environment and implementing policies and procedures to provide sound advice to both stakeholders and clients of the organization.
